As you may or may not know, I served in the Peace Corps in Lesotho, the tiny landlocked country, within South Africa, from 2015-2017. I taught English to orphans and vulnerable children and I think I learned more about myself during those 15 months, than I ever thought possible.
My other blog, “Gutsy Living” covers my 15-months of life in Lesotho, and I plan to write a second memoir to inspire women to take a bold step in their lives.

Here is a post I wrote about the “Swearing in Ceremony by the U.S. Ambassador of Lesotho.”
There are many stories about my life during my Peace Corps Service, and if you would like to hear me speak about how my life has changed, I shall be joining a panel of returned Peace Corps Volunteers on March 13th, from 2-3 p.m. at OASIS Senior Center, 801 Narcissus Ave., Corona Del Mar, CA 92625
